Q&A
-
What should I wear?
Wear something snazzy but comfortable. The ground is uneven and most of the day will be spent outside (we hope) so comfy shoes and outfits are recommended!
-
What if the weather is bad?
Unless it really is pouring down, the ceremony will take place outside, so please bring umbrellas or raincoats if it looks drizzly, or sunscreen and hats if it looks boiling.
-
Is there parking?
Yes, it is about a five minute walk from the ceremony site so please arrive on time!
-
We want to camp!
There is a bit of extra information here about camping https://www.moonacre.co.uk/accomodations. Please note you won’t be able to book the other accommodations listed on this page, as they are already spoken for! Please leave the site by 11am on Sunday 7th September and take all your rubbish and belongings with you.
-
Are there real toilets?
Yes there are; you can find them through the door by the bar, then walk for about 1 minute up the slight hill! There will be a disabled toilet closer to the marquee.
-
Can we take photos?
We ask you to put your phones away during the ceremony but as soon as the first drinks come out - go ahead! We will have QR codes available where you can upload your pics to a shared folder.
-
What about dietary requirements?
You can find space to write your dietary requirements once you have RSVP’d.
-
Where will I be sitting?
We will not be having ‘sides’ for the ceremony so please sit wherever there is a chair! We will also not be having a seating plan for food, so you can choose to sit indoors and outdoors, with whoever you want to sit with! This is a relaxed wedding and most of all we want you to have fun and be comfortable.

Who can I ask about any questions / worries I may have?
Please email Sheree’s mum ([email protected]) or Alexs’ mum ([email protected])
